What the form collects

We ask for your name, email address, general project location, service interest, timeline, and project description. Company and phone number are optional. Please do not send confidential plans, account information, payment details, or other sensitive documents in this form.

Where your message goes

With JavaScript enabled, your inquiry is first stored in our website database, accessible to authorized administrators, and then submitted to FormSubmit for an email notification. Without JavaScript, the form submits directly to FormSubmit. Email delivery depends on FormSubmit activation and delivery. Its spam check may use Google reCAPTCHA. We retain inquiry records for business follow-up until removal is requested or they are no longer needed.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, clarify project needs, and discuss potential services. This form does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Portfolio applications

Our separate portfolio application collects contact and project details, preferred dates, and your required portfolio usage acknowledgment. Optional JPEG, PNG and PDF files are stored privately for authorized administrators, not published as public links. Applications and private review notes are stored in our database; attachments are stored in private object storage. Email notifications through FormSubmit contain a reference and admin link, not attachment contents. We retain the exact terms accepted and their date. If selected, final scope, portfolio permissions and any restrictions are confirmed before work begins. Please do not upload confidential information or files without permission. Submitted files are not malware-scanned.

Basic website traffic

We record homepage views, daily pseudonymous browser sessions, and referring domains to understand website traffic. A random identifier is kept in session storage for the browser tab. Traffic records expire after 90 days and do not store names, email addresses, full referring URLs, or raw IP addresses. Browser Do Not Track is respected. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit spam and abuse.
